Phillip Hu

Phillip is a Senior Associate on Arctaris’ real estate investment team, where he works across the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, execution, and asset management.

Previously, Phillip was Assistant Director of Planning at SRPEDD, the regional planning agency serving Southeastern Massachusetts, where he led regional and local community planning processes in partnership with the agency’s 27 constituent communities. Earlier in his career, he worked as a planner and urban designer at the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) and later at Harriman. Phillip holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MCP from MIT, and a B.S. in Architecture and Urban Planning, also from MIT. He is based in Boston and, outside of work, enjoys cycling, painting, photography, and helping first-generation high schoolers navigate the college admissions process.
