Eddie Sánchez joined Actaris in 2022 and serves as a Senior Analyst. He is responsible for assisting in all matters pertaining to business operations, compliance, cyber, and special projects for the firm.

Prior to Arctaris, Eddie was an Associate at WS Development where he focused on end-to-end management portfolio operations and large-scale commercial real estate developments.

Eddie holds a BA in Political Science and Minor in Management for Social Impact from Boston College. In his free time, he enjoys listening to salsa, exploring the city, and spending time with his family & friends.

Lily Stiffler

Lily joined Arctaris in July 2022 and serves as the firm’s marketing analyst. She works alongside fundraising and investor relations personnel to demonstrate Arctaris’ values and mission to stakeholders. Prior to Arctaris, Lily was a Business Development analyst at an early-stage fintech company, Civex, where she built out a personalized shareholder engagement platform. Lily previously did equity research at Boston Common Asset management with a focus on ESG metrics. Additionally, she was involved in defining Boston Common’s Global Impact strategy.

 

Lily holds a double major in Political Science and Human Rights from the University of Connecticut with a minor in Social Responsibility & Impact in Business. In her free time, Lily enjoys running Boston’s waterfront and playing tennis.

Natalia Colom

Natalia joined Arctaris in 2022 as the Office Manager/ Executive Assistant. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supports the managing directors.
Prior to Arctaris, Natalia served as an Administrative Assistant/ Social Media Manager. She helped grow the bakery by expanding the company’s social media presence and created and implemented policies that have increased team productivity and strengthened operational efficiency.
Natalia attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and exploring new places.
