As the former Executive Director of National Supplier Diversity at Kaiser Permanente, Norman-Cooper led the increase in spend with certified women- and minority-owned suppliers from $1.3 billion to $2.3 billion in three years and pivoted the program to address the socio-economic determinants of health.
