Kyle joined Arctaris in 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate. He is responsible for all phases of the deal process (origination, due diligence, structuring, execution), portfolio company management, and supports operations-related internal efforts.

Prior to Arctaris, Kyle was a Senior Associate at EY-Parthenon, the strategy consulting competency within Ernst & Young. In addition to F1000 corporate growth strategy, Kyle drove commercial due diligence to support 40+ transactions for mid-market and mega-cap private equity clients.

Kyle earned a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Northwestern University. His passion for impact investing started as President of a 501(c)3 microfinance organization, LEND, focused on driving small business growth for MWBEs in Greater-Chicago. In 2020, he acted as an advisor to LEND in the COVID-response financing of 30+ entrepreneurs.
