Jane joined Arctaris in 2020 and serves as Director of Operations. She is responsible for overseeing daily operations, evaluating the efficiency of businesses processes, developing strategic communications plans, and liaising with the Arctaris Board of Advisors. Jane has 15 years of experience holding key positions for the U.S. federal government, private companies, and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Arctaris, Jane served as Executive Officer of Operations for the Office of Response and Recovery within the Federal Emergency Management Agency where she responded to many natural and man-made disasters including the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, Hurricane Katrina, and Superstorm Sandy. Additionally, Jane led collaborative planning efforts with domestic and international governments through multi-million-dollar emergency management projects.

Jane earned a BA in Political Communications from Louisiana State University and a Masters in International Politics from Trinity College Dublin. Jane and her family reside in Charlottesville, VA.
